Your block chain will be overwritten.<br/>And also it will be nice, if you will make backup of your block chain and upload it for analysis.<br/>Just open <i>%APPDATA%\Bitcoin</i> directory and make copy of <i>blk0001.dat</i> and <i>blkindex.dat</i> files.<br/>This should be done before the block chain will be overwritten.
