Ivermectin effectively bound alpha spike protein. Because of this, I and others saw severely ill COVID patient have dramatic recoveries from severe COVID following ivermectin. After COVID mutated, ivermectins ability to bind COVID's spike decreased, and many like @PierreKory saw it stopped working and stopped using it to treat COVID. As such, we feel the primary value of ivermectin now is in treating COVID vaccine injuries (as their body's produce the alpha spike), where while not perfect, in many patients it provides a significant improvement in symptoms. This is a similar situation to the monoclonal antibodies which were a very effective COVID-19 treatment, but then were pulled off the market because they effectively bound the original variant but not the new ones (although magically this same logic was not extended to the vaccines). What many do not know is that those monoclonals greatly helped vaccine injured patients, and I've confirmed with many people who had COVID vaccine injuries that the monoclonals were the one thing that really helped them. In regards to the cancer treatment half of the story, I have come across numerous compelling cases of dramatic recoveries with it or FenBen/MenBen. However, within my own circle, the outcomes were poor particularly if a protocol was used as a justification to delay cancer treatment. Because of this, I suspected it helps for some cancers but often does not and should not be a first line treatment. I've spoken to numerous doctors actively using IVM/MenBen to treat cancer, and they've shared that they sometimes see dramatic responses to it, but in most cases, it appears to be a helpful complimentary cancer treatment that likely improves outcomes. Pierre Kory for example (who has a cancer practice with other doctors) finds that 10% of his patients have cancer remissions due to that drug alone, 15% do not respond, and 75% have a better than expected outcome while using it alongside standard of care and other integrative therapies. Likewise, another doctor found that it was a consistently effective local cancer treatment if combined with DMSO to bring it into tumors. Given that ivermectin is much safer and cheaper than standard oncology drugs, a good case can be made for having it be a viable complementary cancer therapy. I know you have issues with how ivermectin has been promoted, but please consider this is not an all or nothing situation. Some people do benefit from it and some don't, so the focus should be on identifying who will benefit rather than framing this in black and white. text/plainutf-8file.txt|"1PuQa7K62MiKCtssSLKy1kh56WWU7MtUR5SETtreechat_post_id$25d23af0-0e18-4d81-a998-cb7b7ab33fa5
