One of the main problems I see in this discussion is something I am very interested in:
The difference between order and control.
Vlad seemed rather unable to see the difference at all.
A free society would absolutely need and want order, and would be well advised to have tools that ensure order. Daniel called such a tool "traceability".
Order means that everyone has the exact same rights and operates under the exact same rules. And to have people and tools who defend that order. That's freedom.
Control, on the other hand, means that some people have special privileges to violate other peopleâs individual rights with impunity. That's statism, collectivism.
