Drawing inspiration from an entomologist's case of moths, James Marsh created a collection of characters for Talk Talk’s 1986 album - The Colour Of Spring - each adorned in symbols and elements intended to reference selected tracks or lyrics. Though he hadn’t heard the music from the album, Marsh was given lyrics and track listing with which to work. The singles from the album each went out sporting their own moth. They come together in harmony, forming a complete album, and album cover. These beautiful creatures carry their legacy into a new sphere as this exemplary cover artwork is released in a limited NFT edition of 50.
