An image that drew directly on the band's name, Talk Talk, in perfect graphic simplicity: all about sound and vision, these subverted features on the cover of The Party's Over gave the band a face to present to the world. It is, however, an illusion, an artifice, that stands in for the real thing. Spearheading a body of work by Marsh for Talk Talk’s singles and promotional material, it punched its way into the cultural landscape of the 1980s just as the music it contained was to do. These floating features face a new era as an NFT in a limited edition of 50.
