This is the NFT of the artwork for my song Devil and the Deep. The first release of my Spirit Animal Collection. I chose the octopus and the snake to represent the definition of Devil and the Deep. The essence of the song is about being caught between a rock and a hard place, not knowing which way to turn but embracing the outcome regardless. The snake represents Eve and the choice to bite from the apple to learn everything. And the octopus represents swimming in the deepest waters, seeing and knowing nothing and basing it all on feeling and intuition. The way they’re entangled represents the battle between the two. The heart, mind, and logic. Which do you choose? Can you choose both? The song was released 3 November 2016. The final artwork was created by Irish artist Graeme Dalton. This limited edition consists of 25 items only.
